PR Pubs Final Reflection

Where has the time gone?! I can’t believe this is my last reflection this semester to finish out my PR Publications course. In order to wrap everything up, I have completed my Summary of Learning project which you can find here. I liked the idea of a video, so I decided to make it a “journey through the course” theme. Of course, I had to feature Professor Croom at the beginning!

I have really seen my eye for design improve over time. By using Photoshop, InDesign and Canva so often, I can now whip out a publication in just a couple of hours. The lessons we’ve learned through readings, tutorials and working with others have been valuable to me also- I’m starting to form my own sense of graphic design.

This course has truly been one of my favorites not only through Gaylord College, but through the university. I thought the online schedule was broken up well because I didn’t ever feel too overwhelmed. I also like how everything built on each other, making it easy to make a whole package of items.

I know I’ll be using these skills in the future, wherever that may be. I am appreciative to have learned so much in such a fun course!
