PR Pubs: Reflection

This week in PR Pubs I was asked to choose an organization, analyze that organization and their mission, and create a business card. For the assignment I chose the OKC Thunder and have been playing around with business card ideas that will reflect the youthful, modern feel the team has that separates it from other teams. What I actually got accomplished I am not happy with. Because of this week being filled to the brim, I was not able to dedicate as much time as I had hoped to this assignment so my design that I had prepared in my head was not able to come to fruition in InDesign. However, I know exactly what I want this business card to look like and the steps I need to take to get it to the next level, so I am very excited to dedicated more time to this fun assignment. I think my reaction to my struggle with InDesign and getting my idea into reality is that I know exactly where I’m going, so I want to get there. I have a lot of ideas that I consider good and I want to see the final product more than anything.

Wow. Yeah I am not happy with this. I don’t even know what happened to the design when I saved it! I am definitely looking forward to trying to fix this because I am too much of a perfectionist to let this slide.
