PR Pubs: Second Stakeholder

This stakeholder will differentiate itself from the first because I am now targeting the brains of those we will recruit. OU is extremely proud of it’s National Merit Scholar program so I will be directly targeting those high school students who are national merit scholars  and giving them more information about what they can come to expect from this university.
