PR Writing: End of Year Reflection

Wow I cannot believe this is my last blog post for PR Writing! This class has been beneficial in so many ways, and I will always take with me the invaluable information and lessons I have collected these past few months. As a writer, I have become so much more confident in the work I produce; as a blogger, I feel much more confident getting behind my keyboard and putting my thoughts into words; as a student, I feel so much more responsible as I have completed this work-intensive class exclusively online and held myself accountable for getting things done in my own free time.

This class leapfrogged off of many other classes I have taken in the past, but added that specific PR element and that clarification into subjects that I may have been iffy on or not as confident in. I think this class will help me exponentially in my future career because the skill of writing, even in today’s technology driven society, is more important than ever and being proficient in the written word is absolutely invaluable. I am excited to see where this refined skill will take me and what kinds of tasks I will be able to complete now with much more maturity and finesse. Thank you so much Professor Kehrberg for such a wonderful and enlightening semester.
