PR WRITING: Reflection

This semester in PR Writing we have done a lot and explored many areas of writing in the field. This class made me realize how many different types of writing skills may be necessary in the field. I now know, in moving forward I can take all that I have learned this semester and apply it to any future writing I may submit. Throughout my entire schooling I have had the fortune of seeing many guest speakers who are currently in the professional setting. I can say one of the most prominent motifs was that there are people who cannot write efficiently. Employers are looking for potential employees that can write coherently and error free. This class has helped me immensely by tasking me with creating many of the styles of writing pieces that I may encounter in the real world. It was a great experience that has realistically helped me prepare for potential realities.
