Professional Portrait

My name is Kelsey Brockett and I am currently enrolled in PR Publications online! This blog will document my journey through the course and my public relations career as a whole. I look forward to sharing my work and receiving feedback from peers and instructors. I’m excited to learn digital skills in this class while strengthening my portfolio and learning more about the realm of public relations.

For this post, I will describe one of my favorite places on campus. I chose my sorority house’s living room because that’s where I get a lot of inspiration and I can be productive. My sorority means a lot to me because I’m able to grow as a leader and make an impact on people and an organization. In the living room I can spend time talking to friends or I can do homework peacefully. It’s a great place to study and draw ideas from others.

This class will be a great transition from print to digital and I’m ready to start exploring!
