Reflection

For this week’s assignment, we had to create a letterhead that coincided with our business cards from last week. When I saw this assignment I thought that it would be a pretty simple follow-up to last week’s work.

It was a little bit harder than I had expected. I have never created a letterhead before, and I found it was a little difficult to create a letterhead that was both aesthetically pleasing, and simplistic enough not to crowd the top of the page. I was pretty happy with my work overall. I feel like I included enough elements to make the page look like a traditional letterhead, without cluttering the top of the page with graphic details.

I feel like I was pleased with my work because I am definitely a fan of simplistic design, simple colors, simple textures etc. So my letterhead fit my personal taste very well.
