After choosing my first stakeholder as possible incoming freshman who are both female and interested in getting involved in extra-curricular activities.So, I decided that my second stakeholder would be those students’ parents. To make them more comfortable with their children going off to college, I thought it would be nice to address them in a direct mailer.

I decided to make the design simpler, using less words and making the pictures more prominent. I also added a picture with faces after reading chapter 2 in Designing for Emotion. 

I find indesign and photoshop to be very similar. The tools and placing pictures and text are practically the same. The biggest difference is that in photoshop you must remember to create multiple layers in case you end up wanting to delete something. I think I prefer to use indesign, I feel more comfortable when using it rather than photoshop.
