Reflection

After I did my research, brainstorming, and created my inspiration and mood boards, it was time to start creating my business card.

I found it a little difficult to actually start designing my business card. I had all these ideas and visions rolling through my head, unsure about where to start. I wanted the card to look good from the beginning and wanted all my visions to become a reality. That is harder said then done. So, I just started by putting the important text on the card without worrying about placement or the font.

I have some really good ideas as far as design and vision but I am having trouble executing it. I don’t know if I have the technical level to accomplish my ideas but I think I just need to spend more time playing in InDesign.

I want to make sure as I continue working on my card that I don’t get stuck on one design vision. I want to try out all my idea and work with them to see what one looks best. Below is (a very) rough draft of my business card. I look forward to spending some time this weekend working in InDesign and focusing the vision for my card.
