Reflection

When I was first introduced to the idea of creating a website to track my blog posts during my journey through PR Pubs, I immediately jumped at the opportunity to make a full-blown professional portfolio. Before our second assignment was due for PR Pubs I had my website up and running; equipped with content tabs, articles, images and course work.

While designing my website I realized it took a lot of time and though as to what I wanted to include on my site that would become a direct reflection of my skills and qualities. Every word, punctuation, margin and layout had to be perfect in hopes a public relations professional would stumble upon my domain.

I hope to continue to use my website as a professional portfolio to achieve internships and careers during my professional journey. I do not see myself continuing the blogging section of my website just because of the professional demeanor I want to continue to portray via this domain. After graduation I will most likely create a new blogging domain to keep my writing skills sharp, with possible consideration to linking it to my main website.
