Reflection

1. We were asked to create two direct mailers targeting to different audiences of potencial OU students.
2. At first i thought it would be a little hard to create a direct mailer that can be so narrow to particularly only one audience, but as i got to investigare the OU student life I noticed that there are many different organizations and activities that can bring different types of people to OU.
3. I was satisfied with my work. I actually got much better at photoshop and feel more confident now. Even though the direct mailers sometimes may look simple there is a lot of work put into them.
4. since I am an international student I never got any direct mailers from anything. Not schools not companies because that is not something very common back home. That is why I was a little hesitant about trying to create one. But in the end I enjoyed learning and doing something new.
5. Yes, this is the project that helped me the most feel more confident with photoshop, because it required many tools to be used and in many way.
6. at first I thought that indesign was easier and photoshop was almost impossible to work with. But as I worked on the direct mailers I think that I like photoshop better. With both of them you can create many projects from scratch, but photoshop has more tools that can give you a more professional finish.
7. Not really. I actually took he time to do my direct mailers and at first I struggled, but then as I got to the last ones I did it very easily.
