Reflection

For this lesson, we were asked to start on our newsletter project. I chose Nike as my Fortune 500 company because it’s one of my favorite brands for gym wear, shoes and comfy clothes. I did some research and of course, they have a “Nike News” page full of articles and stories I’ll be able to use.

I completed my draft of 4 pages but I’m not sure if I will be sticking to that layout. I feel like the first page might be a little too busy for the type of newsletter feel I’m shooting for. The second and third pages will be viewed as one, similar to a fold out. The fourth page will have plenty of white space and will have a clean/easy to read conclusion to the newsletter.

So far I’ve managed to complete everything without a problem and I’m hoping it stays that way. However, the next few steps will be more difficult but I will give myself enough time to complete the project to my satisfaction.
