Reflection

This week, we were asked to complete a segmenting stakeholders matrix. The matrix helps us better understand and identify our stakeholder. The matrix was very long and confusing at first, but once we discussed how to complete the matrix and its goal in class, it was a lot easier to complete individually. At first I felt very flustered because I was not sure who I wanted my stakeholder to be. Once I narrowed down my options, the Matrix became much easier because I was able to gather information about my stakeholder. I feel like my matrix could have been a lot better, but for my first one it isn’t too bad. When we do our Matrix for our second stakeholder, I know what I am doing and how to do it now so it will be better completed. I feel like I am never truly satisfied with my first draft of anything. I always try my best, but sometimes my execution falls short. Unfortunately due to weather, I was unable to access the Gaylord computers so the first draft of my direct mailer is not finished.
