Second Direct Mailer: First Draft

ReflectionReflection

1. My first stakeholder was a 17-18 year old female who was a senior in high school. That helped me choose my second stakeholder as the mother of that 17-18 year old female who attended the University of Oklahoma. The mother’s daughter is passionate about involvement and she wants her daughter to be involved at the same university that she was.

2. My second draft is cleaner than my first draft. I wanted to increase my direct mailers readability and tie in more of OU’s traditional colors. I did this by adding the crimson banner at the top and including the white text in that banner.

3. When talking about Photoshop and InDesign, I feel like when I start using one, I forget how to use the other. I need more practice in both of them until I feel fully confident in both programs. Many of the tools are the same in Photoshop and InDesign, which makes my life a little bit easier, but there are specific differences to each that make some projects easier to do in Photoshop and some projects easier to do in InDesign.
