Reflection: Direct Mailers

For the direct mailer assignment, we were asked to create two designs for two different stakeholders (as previously defined in my blog posts). We were also instructed to only use Photoshop to create the publications. At first, I thought that wouldn’t be so difficult. However, only using Photoshop proved to be slightly harder than I thought it would be. I have a little more experience with InDesign therefore I am more comfortable with designing in that format. In the end, I was able to figure out all the tools I wanted to use, it just took me a little longer than normal.

I do still prefer InDesign over Photoshop, however, I am much more comfortable with Photoshop after this assignment. For now, I’m just hanging in there, trying to encourage myself–like Leslie Knope.
