Reflection II

This project has definitely been my favorite so far!

We were asked to create stakeholders, which i have previously learned about in other classes, and create a direct mailer for each of the 2. I started off with something very basic, plane jane, and ended up changing the front part of both mailers. I felt like having a strong visual would be more attractive.

I felt a lot more comfortable working with Photoshop than I did with InDesign, which is due to my very minimal knowledge of InDesign.

I would say I did very good on this project. I used some of the effects for the text, which I think was my downfall for on my previous business card project.

If I were to start over dating back to InDesign, I would give myself WAY more time to go through all the lessons and take notes during the videos. This would of helped tremendously to prevent me from getting lost so much, which caused frustration.

Overall, I’m content with my results and definitely feel more comfortable moving forward with Photoshop. Eventually I’ll get the hang of InDesign
