Reflection – Newsletter

So for our latest assignment, we were supposed to finalize our newsletter and include all the images and stories for the finished product. After doing the dummy layout I was eager to finish and keep working on this project. This was probably my favorite project so far this year. I’ve loved getting to gain more InDesign experience and this project really put that to the test for me. I think I liked this project because there was a lot of aspects and parts to it. It was kind of like fitting puzzle pieces together. I definitely made some changes from the first layout until now and for the most part I’m pleased with it.

My target public for this newsletter was Nike customers. A lot of the articles were about Nike’s products and upcoming events. I think I wanted to pick material that was appealing to the audience as a consumer and Nike had a lot of content for my target public which made it easier for me to choose.
