Research

In my PR Publications class, we are working to design business cards and letter head for an organization of our choosing. I chose to design content for my sorority, Pi Beta Phi. I have been actively involved with Pi Phi since August of 2012 and it’s an organization that has made a big impact on my life. For this assignment, I’m researching Pi Phi’s current resources, strategies, values, and competitors.

1) “The mission of Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women is to promote friendship, develop women of intellect and integrity, cultivate leadership potential and enrich lives through community service”, as stated by Pi Beta Phi’s official website. This mission is instilled into each of its members.

2) Pi Beta Phi’s main competitors are other sororities. Pi Phi is constantly working to be recognized as the best sorority in the nation.

3) Pi Beta Phi’s core values are integrity, lifelong commitment, honor and respect, personal and intellectual growth, philanthropic service to others, and sincere friendship.
