In my PR Publications class we will be creating a business card and letterhead for a company of our choice. I chose Triton Properties, LLC., as my client for this project. Triton Properties, LLC., is a property management company located in Tulsa, OK. Arvil and Stacey Lewis own and manage all the properties within the company. The couple has been together for over 20 years and enjoys renovating houses to rent to families in the local area. Currently, Triton Properties LLC., manages 7 rental properties and plans to continue adding properties to their company.

Triton Properties, LLC.’s, mission is to provide their residents with the best quality and most comfortable living experience possible at an affordable price, while ensuring the well-being of their properties through an exceptional management team. A variety of rental properties are available to meet the unique requests of each inquiry.

The real estate industry includes several different avenues of business from personally renting properties to purchasing properties as an owner-occupant or investor. Three leading property management companies in Tulsa are Bryan Properties Inc., Real Property Management Tulsa and The RaderGroup Property Management and Leasing Company. While these companies offer an area in property sells, they are still direct competitors for Triton Properties, LLC. Apartment complexes and personal renters are also competitors against Triton Properties LLC., because of the different living circumstances and legal terms they offer.
