Stakeholder 1

My first letter that I will  be sending out for prospecitve University of Oklahoma students will be directed at in-state high school seniors who are around the age of 17-18 years old, ACT/SAT test scores and with a household income of $65,000. I chose this group as my stakeholders because these students should be encouraged to apply to in-state colleges. There are many scholorships that are awarded for high ACT/SAT scores and honors classes. I feel as if OU has directed a lot of their recruiting to out-of state students because they will make more money that way. I find the demographic of OU being mostly students from Texas and its only growing. I wish they would target in-state students more and people who’s families have attended OU in the past. I think this demographic should be recognized and it will keep more students and their families in the state of Oklahoma and will likely increase alumni donations etc by doing so.
