Stakeholder #2

My first stakeholder targeted was high school students, ages 16-18 who are currently in the top 10 percent of their graduating class within the state of Texas. To recall my reason for doing so, the state of Texas maintains a law that says any student who graduates within the 10 percent of their class has automatic admission to any in-state university. The reason for this law is to encourage in-state students to stay in-state.

For this stakeholder, I’m targeting these students’ parents. Parents and guardians have a lot of influence on their students’ decision in choosing a university to attend. Most of the time students’ parents are helping their students financially attend college. My goal is for the parents to fall in love with OU and all it has to offer.
