Stakeholder Analysis Matrix

For this part of the project I filled out an analysis matrix for my key stakeholder group. As well as this, I identified numerous other stakeholders who either influence my key stakeholder or who are influenced by my key stakeholder.

Here is my completed matrix, there’s a lot to it so feel free to just give it a skim over to get an idea of how I picture my stakeholder group by different important segments.
