Stakeholders

This week we were asked to start on our upcoming project, “direct mailer design”, by brainstorming ideas and creating a rough draft of our design. For my project, I have decided to identify my stakeholders as people whom:

• Undergraduate students
• Currently attending OU
• Have not yet applied to an OU graduate program

My direct mailer will also have information and helpful links for high school students as well, since the idea of enrolling in a university which also has its own graduate programs is a great selling point for any potential OU bound high school student. I plan to also include statistical information in an interesting and visual way which emphasizes how many OU grads are accepted and complete OU’s graduate programs and where some notable OU graduate school alumni are today.

We all remember how exciting and fun it was to receive recruiter mail in high school, and now we can relive it all again in college!
