Summary of Learning

It’s finally done! I edited this original photo to just isolate the braids and then create a fill and a key image to make screenprint out of.

The inspiration for this print was my Choctaw heritage (my grandma used to braid my hair like this every day before school when I was younger). The color scheme was inspired by an Oklahoma sunset, plus I just really love pink.

I’m really happy with the final image and the process editing the photo was way less agonizing than it usually is becuase I have a much firmer grasp on photoshop!
