This might have been my favorite school assignment of all time. I don’t know a ton about typography but I would like to think I know what looks good. Since my high school design and copy layout editor days I haven’t gotten much of a chance to show off my creative side. Now this semester I am taking art therapy and publications at the same time, be still my heart. Anyways, I played all of the games. Well, sort of. I don’t watch much TV or many movies so Poster Wars was tough for me. I guessed Shrek and Cars and that was about it. My favorite games were Type War and Kern Me. Like most games, you like the ones you are good at. These were the ones when my novice knowledge of typography came out. The thought behind Type Connection was hilarious. I enjoyed the match I made, you can see the personality of the font I chose below. It is important to note that the font’s personality would be a friend of mine but is most definitely does not describe me.
