That’s a wrap! Closing out Publications
From cobbling together business cards and direct mailers to tweaking Facebook cover photos, this semester in Public Relations Publications covered just a small segment of the design gauntlet. Even so, the challenges and opportunities left their marks. I’ve grown to appreciate finely tuned targeting and robust research habits. Aaron Walters opened my eyes to a new world of Emotional Deign. After a few short months, my design portfolio stands taller and heftier than ever. But like any great design sprint, the deadline has to land and the final product receives its turn in the spotlight. This semester has been real — but now it’s really finished.
To commemorate my work this semester, I’ve created a quick video overview discussing my biggest learning moments, frustrations and triumphs. It’s a window into a choppy semester full of creative bursts, long nights and critical thinking hurdles. I’m thankful for the opportunity to grow and excited to apply my new skillset to my internship this Summer at Saxum.
Thanks again for the sage guidance, sensei Croom. It’s a whole new beginning. Let’s roll.
