The Bradies and the Stevensons
In class, we were asked to create two different stakeholders that have influence on a decision to attend The University of Oklahoma.
My first stakeholder is from the ages of 16-19. They reside in the radius of 100 miles from Oklahoma City and Dallas. They have also expressed some interest in the University of Oklahoma. This reached about 48,000 people. Let’s call them Bradies.
Since the Bradies have already expressed interest in The University of Oklahoma, this means that they have already looked into the possibility of attending OU. Ways to market to them would be to show them what more OU has to offer for them via opportunities and resources and help lean their decision to OU.
The second stakeholder would be possible graduate students. They range from the ages of 22-25 and are both male and female. They have shown an interest in the University of Oklahoma and are graduate students and live in the Dallas and Oklahoma city area with a radius of 50 miles each. This audience is about 10,000 people. Let’s call this group the Stevensons.
The Stevensons have already shown interest in OU and are graduates, so marketing to them would mean to show them what the benefits of getting a graduate degree and specifically what is the benefit of getting it from OU.
