Typography

So I got to playing the typography games. I played Shoot the Serif, Poster Connections and Type War. I really enjoyed both Shoot the Serif and Type War because they were very similar in nature and I was good at them. All you had to do was identify a certain type of font. With Shoot the Serif, you obviously had to find letters in Serif font amongst large groups of letters with alternate fonts. While with Type War, they gave you a letter along with two font options and you had to choose which font was correct. I was great at those. I guess I have a good eye for identifying fonts! However, the poster game was much, much harder for me. I had no clue where most of the posters were from with a few exceptions of Disney movies. That one was a lot harder, however I feel like it had more to do with pop culture knowledge than typography knowledge. Nevertheless, they were all very fun and interesting!
