Direct Mailer Design Reflection

For the past two weeks of our class, public relations publications, we were asked to design two direct mailers that related to each other. My first direct mailer was meant to be sent to high school students that had the required SAT/ACT scores to apply to OU and also had one of their parents attend […]

Second Stakeholder

The stakeholder for my second direct mailer is going to be a parent, who is a OU alum, that has a son or daughter with the required ACT/SAT scores to apply to the University of Oklahoma. This relates to my first direct mailer because the students that received the first direct mailer have a parent […]

Direct Mailer Reflection

I have finally finished the first drafts of my two direct mailers! When originally given this assignment, I thought it would be pretty easy and quick because theres not a whole lot to a postcard. Websites who utilize these principles are more usable because of it. 2. What is one thing in Chapter 2 […]

Lesson 3.2 Reflection

After drafting two different direct mailers designed for two different audiences, these are my thoughts: 1. How has your first stakeholder help define your second stakeholder? The first stakeholder helped me define the second by helping me further pinpoint who it was I was trying to reach with the design. 2. Has your design changed […]

REFLECTION

This week, we were asked to use Photoshop in order to create our direct mailer project/draft. I have found this process to be somewhat difficult because of my lack of knowledge in Photoshop. After watching some of the helpful tutorials, I created two different drafts. As of now, I like my second draft better. I … Continue reading REFLECTION →
